As the demand for innovative thermoformed plastics
continues to grow, NOVACEL has developed a new range of coextruded
film products to protect plastic sheets and films through the
thermoforming process. These products can be applied to many types
of smooth plastic materials such as, extruded and cast PMMA, PC,
PETG and others, from low to high temperatures. The masked protected
sheets and rolls can then be successfully thermoformed and the
protective film will remove easily after the parts cool to room
temperature. The films also withstand fabrication processes
including cutting, drilling, routing, heat-line bending,
screen-printing, and laser cutting. They are available clear or
tinted with different adhesion levels and thicknesses. Thanks to
these new products, NOVACEL is able to offer the most complete range
of surface protection products for the plastics market, that include
coated adhesive papers, coated adhesive films, and formable
coextruded adhesive films. |
